Found Something Wrong?
This is the most useful mail you can send. Guides go stale, patches move the meta, and unit data can drift from the live build. If a page is wrong, say which page and what it should say — a link and one sentence is plenty. Corrections get priority over everything else in the inbox.
For a ladder or player profile problem — a wrong rank, a misspelled name, two profiles that are really the same account, or one profile that is really two players — include the player name and the game mode. Those are reconstructed from captured leaderboard data, so they can genuinely be wrong, and they can be fixed.
Creators, Streamers and Tournaments
If you make Olden Era content, get in touch. Guides, VOD breakdowns, tier list input, hosting a bracket — much of what is on this site started as a conversation with a player or a streamer who explained something properly.
Running a tournament and want it covered, or listed with a live bracket? Send the dates, the format and where it is being streamed, with as much notice as you can manage.
Press and Business
Press enquiries, advertising and partnership proposals go to the same address — put "press" or "business" at the front of the subject line so it does not get lost behind the corrections.
Privacy and Your Data
To request deletion of your account or the data associated with it, write to the same address — see the Privacy Policy for what can and cannot be removed, and the timeframe.
What We Can't Help With
Town Portal is an independent community site and is not affiliated with Ubisoft or Unfrozen. Game bugs, account problems, purchases and refunds have to go to the developer and publisher — nothing sent here reaches them. For the game itself, start at the official wiki.
