Description

Olden League Cup #1 is a 16-player Heroes of Might and Magic: Olden Era tournament in Classic (Draft) mode, played on Jebus Cross XL. The announced tournament dates are September 1–20, 2026.

The tournament uses Double Elimination with an upper bracket, a lower bracket and a grand final.

Prize pool

100,000 RUB plus 75% of donations received on the organizers' streams. The top four players receive 40%, 30%, 20% and 10% of the prize pool respectively. Contribute to prize pool with donation

Series format and schedule

• Upper bracket: Bo3.
• Lower bracket: Bo1, except the lower-bracket final, which is Bo3.
• Grand final: Bo3.
• The first upper-bracket round is announced for September 1–4, with players arranging their match times and no centralized broadcast. Later rounds follow the published schedule.
• Dates and times may change by agreement between players and organizers within the allocated round dates. Individual match dates on the source may differ from the announced round windows.
• Schedule times on this page use Moscow time (MSK, UTC+3).

• Mode: Classic (Draft).
• Template: Jebus Cross XL (160×160).
• Economy: 125%; neutral armies: 125%.
• AI: Network (the source labels this setting «Сетевая»).
• Animation speed: 1000%.
• Random week effects: off.
• Explore the map after the match: off.
• Administrator-only saving: off.
• Turn type: real time.
• Restart count in the lobby: 4; actual restart allowance: 2 points per player, as explained below.
• Restart time penalty: off.
• Multiplayer autosaves must be enabled.
• Players must have a webcam and set up screen and camera streaming according to the organizers' instructions.

Timer

• Base time: 16:00.
• Daily bonus: 08:00 + 00:00.
• Weekly bonus: 02:00 + 00:00.
• Timer cap: 20:00.
• Player combat: 03:00 + 00:30.
• Computer combat: 01:30.

Player positions

The organizers randomly assign Player 1 and Player 2 for the first game. In subsequent games, the loser of the previous game chooses the positions. Players may change the default red and blue colors.

Restarts

Each player has two actual restart points, although the lobby is configured for four. Restarting on day one costs one point; restarting on day two costs two points.

For each map generation, the player with more remaining actual restart points has priority. If both have the same number, Player 1 (red) has priority and must decide first whether to restart on the current turn.

The other player may restart within five seconds of the next turn, without taking any in-game actions, for the same point cost. They may therefore end the turn to hear the priority player's decision first.

Deliberately wasting the timer is unsporting conduct and may result in disqualification.

Fair play

• After a disconnect or crash, load the latest autosave and replay the turn identically.
• Exploiting known bugs or unintended mechanics is prohibited, including map hacks, resource duplication and leaving a zone without defeating its guard.
• Stream sniping is prohibited.
