Since the release of Patch 11 on Monday, July 6, Easy2 has climbed from 4831 to 5017 rating.
That is a gain of +186 rating in only a few days, at the very top of the ladder, where every match is played against strong opposition and every loss can be expensive.
The timing is important. Patch 11 brought balance changes and a new Single Hero map pool, and Easy2 appears to have adapted faster than anyone else.
Wins Against the Best
This run was not built on easy points.
Easy2 took series after series against some of the strongest and most recognizable players in the scene:
- FEEDER is current second best ladder player, veteran of the series, and popular streamer;
- Kolento is top 4 ladder player, veteran, excellent player, and well-known streamer.
Winning consistently against players like this makes the 5000 milestone much more impressive. It is not just a grind. It is a statement.
